The club will be closed on Bank Holiday Monday the 7th May.
The Thursday sessions before (3rd) and after (10th) will run as usual.

The Tournament date has changed
The Spring Tournament has been moved from Sunday 20th May to the following Sunday the 27th May.
We Have Moved!
Our last training night at Freeston Academy was Thursday the 5th April. Thank you to the staff at the school for making us welcome these last few years.
The first training session at our new home will be Monday 9th April. The new address is:

Weapons Course
The next weapons course will be on Sunday 15th April at Havercroft & Ryhill Sports Centre. It’s your chance to have a go with traditional Japanese weapons.
We’ll have a weapons session on Thursday 12th for anyone who wants to try and as usual Sensei Carl will be running a session the Friday before (the 13th February) at Optimal Martial Arts in Alverthorpe.
